The protagonists of the exhibition space are these future big names from the north, middle and south east of Taiwan who are working hard to cultivate local industries. They cultivate deeply in the local area and produce products that Taiwan is proud of, such as cucumbers, pineapples, bananas, rice, mushrooms, wood-baked longan, handmade wood-fired black bean soy sauce, and more.


They use food ingredients to connect with this generation. They not only provide high-quality Taiwanese products, but also carry out youth initiatives such as fish-eating education, organic and land-friendly, promoting the customs of their hometown, and sustainable India WhatsApp Number Data traditional sauce-making culture.
